The Palace Crystals are among the few elite cheerleading teams in the country who are experienced in transition stunts. The phrase refers to a flyer transferring from one set of bases to another. As seen in the photo, two flyers are travelling backwards displaying a high degree of trust and courage!

The Palace Crystals are the only team who have performed the TRI-FLY in the UK, or three flyers in the air simultaneously. Each base team throws one flyer and catches another a split second later!
