Tony Craig has undergone surgery to repair his damaged shoulder.

The Palace left back went under the knife earlier this week to fix a problem that flared up in the trip to Scunthorpe on November 3.

Craig is expected to spend the next three months in rehabilitation. The Eagles also have fitness concerns over Paul Dickov (toe) and Clinton Morrison (knee).

Paul Ifill is back training after suffering a bout of flu.
