Alan Russell tells us about the Palace players who have made their mark in the US.

Palace's only American players to have played for us are Gregg Berhalter and Jovan Kirovski. Berhalter is currently at 1860 Munich and Kirovski is at MLS side Colorado Rapids.

All of the following Palace players have played football in the US, the bulk of them during the late 1970's to 80's when Pele and other famous players were plying their trade in the North American Soccer League (NASL) during the twilight of their careers, although there are one or two exceptions:
