How does the CPFC TeamCard Scheme work?

Your CPFC TeamCard allows you to collect points at various businesses and at specific locations within Selhurst Park Stadium, and CLICK HERE

When purchasing goods and/or services from CPFC partners, and upon presentation of your TeamCard or 14 digit TeamCard number, your points will be added to your account.

When purchasing goods and/or services online, points will be added to your account after the returns period. A full points statement can be checked online by registering at the Teamcard website.

Where can I collect my TeamCard Points outside Selhurst Park Stadium?

We have agreed a number of offers with various partners where TeamCard points can collected. To view a full list of partners visit www.teamcard.co.uk and click on the CPFC logo. Also, check out the CPFC programme and matchday video screen for special offers and updates.

Can I collect my TeamCard Points in Selhurst Park Stadium?

Yes, you can collect TeamCard points at the following points of sale:

* All Alcohol bars located in the Stadium
* Club Shop
* All purchases in the Executive Boxes
* Ticket and Membership Office (all 1st Team Match to Match home tickets/Away Coach Travel)

What is the value of a Palace Point?

Every point collected is equivalent in value to 1pence. Therefore 100 TeamCard Points equals £1.00 for you to redeem on various products at Crystal Palace Football Club.

Where can I redeem my TeamCard Points?

TeamCard points may be redeemed at:
* CPFC Club Shop at Selhurst Park
* CPFC Shop in Croydon and Sutton
* Ticket and Membership Office (All Home Matches/ Away Coach Travel/ Membership/Season Tickets)

How do I redeem my TeamCard Points?

Simply present your CPFC TeamCard when making a purchase at any of the locations listed in response to 'Where can I redeem my TeamCard Points?'  You will be issued with a receipt detailing the points redeemed on your purchase and the new balance of points on your card.

When redeeming TeamCard points, can points also be collected?

No. TeamCard points can only be awarded for purchases made using traditional methods of payment (e.g. cash, cheque, credit/debit card)

Is there an expiry date on my TeamCard Points?

Yes, the expiry date is printed on your new CPFC TeamCard. Points allocated to your 2006/07 TeamCard will expire on 31st December 2007. Please note the TeamCard Points may not be transferred from an expired CPFC TeamCard to a subsequent CPFC TeamCard.

What should I do if my TeamCard is lost or stolen?

Please call 020 8771 8841 immediately and report the loss or theft. Your card will then be cancelled and if found it will no longer be usable. A replacement CPFC TeamCard will then be issued at a small administration fee of £5.00. Any points from your previous card that have not expired will be transferred to your new TeamCard.
