Food & Beverage Manager
The role of F&B Manager is key to our continued success. Catering for in excess of 20000 customers in over 30 outlets around the
stadium and managing a team of over 80 staff , this position is highly physically and mentally demanding.
The ideal candidate will be a customer focused, hands on leader with excellent man management skills, high personal and
professional standards and a keen eye for detail. You will assume full P&L responsibility for your department and so must be able

A minimum of two years experience within a similar role at management level preferably within a multi site operation.
A real hands on attitude for a physically demanding role.

Assistant Retail ManagerSalary: £14,000 plus bonus opportunity
