The Board of Directors have studied the top three nominees and decided the top employee for December will be-:

MANDY ANDERSON-MYERS - Ticket Office Supervisor

Well done to Mandy and congratulations on being awarded the title of 'Employee of the Month'.

Mandy started at the Club on a casual basis during the lead up to the Play-Offs and our ultimate glorious victory at Cardiff, under the guidance of Steve Lee. Mandy soon proved herself to be an extremely well organised, quick thinking, competent individual and one certainly worthy of being offered a permanent position with the Club as our 'Ticket Office Supervisor'.

Since Steve Lee's departure from the Club back in October 2004, Mandy has taken up the mantle and continued the good work. She has managed to keep her team motivated and organised throughout the busy Christmas period and competently dealt with no less than three fixtures in one month and additionally process over 4000 season ticket applications, which is a feat in itself.
She works all the hours necessary to complete her tasks and has always been polite and helpful. Mandy has quickly become well respected by her peers and colleagues alike. Once again Mandy, well done on an award truly deserved!

Mandy will receive:-

*A VIP day in the Boardroom for two at a Crystal Palace home/away match of her choice
*£250 of shopping vouchers with a major high street retailer
*A commemorative trophy and photograph
