With immediate effect, the Crystal Palace vs Birmingham City game on the 26th February 2005 has been re-graded to a category "B" fixture and is now on general sale.

Supporters who have already purchased an additional "B" graded ticket with their Birmingham ticket have the following options:

1. Do nothing and use your tickets as purchased.

2. Exchange the "B" ticket for any other game (subject to availability).

3. Return the "B" ticket for a full refund.

Please note that exchanges or refunds are only available until December 31st 2004 from the main ticket office at Selhurst Park.
