KEVIN CORNER - JULY

Well done Kevin and congratulations on gaining the accolade of 'Employee of the Month' for the second time.  Kevin's immense efforts to complete the Selhurst Park Stadium refurbishment in just four weeks - which, under normal circumstances, should have taken at least three months - has been immensely appreciated by the Directors, Managers and staff of Crystal Palace Football Club.

As usual, Kevin has been prepared to work early starts and late finishes, doing whatever it takes to complete this mammoth achievement in which we remain indebted to this kind of hard work and endeavour. Once again Kevin, well done on an award truly deserved!

DONNA WOOD - JUNE

Congratulations go to Donna on a fantastic achievement who, after being with Crystal Palace Football Club for only two short months, has managed to achieve what no other employee has ever done in such a short space of time and won the coveted title of Employee of the Month.

During her short spell with us since joining the Finance department, Donna has been extremely diligent in chasing debtors and has managed to collect cash more effectively than anybody else in the position of Credit Controller, especially during the tenure of our Finance Director, Shaun McHugh.

Donna has shown an aptitude and certain willingness to get involved in other areas of work that she is unfamiliar with and assisting her colleagues wherever necessary.

Since joining us in February 2004, Donna has managed to gain respect from her peers and colleagues alike and it is this that we appreciate and celebrate. 

Donna - congratulations on a fully deserved award.

What a fantastic achievement for Robbie who has managed to the feat of winning the title twice in three months - a first for the club.

Writing about Robbie's award in March we said that he had once before served a club of Premiership standing and hopefully would be doing so again.Well, this fantastic wish has been fulfilled and Robbie is again serving a club of Premiership status following our glorious victory at Cardiff.

Leading up to the Play-Off Semi-Finals here at Selhurst Park and the Stadium of Light in Sunderland as well as the Final at Cardiff, Robbie as usual carried all the extra workload that is demanded of the Box Office in such situations with his usual aplomb, whether working at the counter or processing telephone payments.

Robbie, you truly are a highly commendable and worthy employee of Crystal Palace Football Club and once again, congratulations. What a truly deserved win!
