Barclays Spaces for Sports have teamed up with the Croydon Advertiser to offer local sports teams/clubs the chance to win £1,000.

The cash will go to five most deserving teams based on their application and why they need the funds and what they'd do with it.

It's a great opportunity for local sports clubs to put their case forward so that they are recognised by the judging panel and become the owners of this tremendous cash boost.

When all applications have been received, a judging panel consisting of a Barclays and Croydon Advertiser representative who will pick the winning teams.
