Food & Beverage Manager

As a Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing all elements of food and beverage provision and service within the Club and in doing so, will ensure consistant high standards are in place at all times. In addition you will also be responsible for driving and improving service standards within the catering outlets of the site to deliver and exceed client expectations.

You must have at least 2 years experience in a management role with bars and food, you must demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to use initiative. Clearly customer focused, with excellent leadership skills and a positive and progressive outlook. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of stock, cash and budgetary controls.

Salary circa: £30,000 (including PRP of £5,000) Hours: 40 hours per week (also you are required to work home matches).
